Uses
Use to create quick guides for J-cup positioning for three different lifts, or as a color-coded complement to an existing positioning guide (e.g.: use two pairs of pink reminders to identify positioning for J-cups and safeties for bench; use three pairs of green reminders to identify positioning for J-cups, safeties and band pegs for banded squats).
Dimensions
Measures 2.5" x 1". Middle section is .25" to fit between most crossmember holes.
How Many Do I Need?
One set of rack reminders will enable you to set J-cups for three different lifts.
If you would like to coordinate safeties and/or band peg placement with your J-cup positioning, we recommend purchasing 2+ sets or additional matching pairs of rack reminders.
TIP: To coordinate placement of pin and pipe safeties with your J-cups, one additional pair of reminders is sufficient. If you have safety straps, we recommend purchasing two additional pairs.
